我平日很少運動, 最近家庭醫生健議我多做運動...我應該如何開始?

如果你不是經常做運動甚至從不做運動,我會建議你一星期3-5天,每次30分鐘-45分鐘,先做一些緩步跑動 (以能夠一邊跑動,一邊談天的速度為準;不用太辛苦),並附以適當的伸展運動。

如果有朋友可以結伴一起去做更好。

待一段時間過後 (一般為6個星期),身體適應後再作更高或其他有趣味性的高強度運動。

Find something you LIKE to do.  You got to set a goal to motivate yourself.

But doing something you do not enjoy, it is HARD WORK and ain't fun.  Think about it.

If you don't have anything (exercises/activities) that you really like at this time, then enroll yourself into different interest groups/classes and find something that you DO enjoy.  There are sooooooooo many things in Hk that you can do, I am sure you can find one that suits you.
